“There’s something I’ve learned as a leader: I believe in creation. There are hidden knots that need to be untied to reach people’s minds. It’s a marketing technique that requires calmness and creativity.”

Where it All Began

Some stories begin with an idea. Others with an opportunity.
Mine began with a question: What makes a brand truly connect?

On December 2, 2016, I stepped into the world of advertising through the doors of iBird Media, then one of Kerala’s leading agencies. I joined as a Digital Marketing Executive—but that role quickly evolved into something much deeper. It was the start of a lasting journey into branding and strategy.

Every campaign taught me something new. Every brainstorming session opened new perspectives. The ever-changing digital landscape became my playground. In a short span, I was leading the digital team, collaborating with talented designers, writers, and strategists. We handled over 30 brands—shaping narratives, launching identities, and driving engagement across digital and offline platforms.

Branding, for me, became more than a profession. It turned into a language—one that communicates through clarity, emotion, and purpose.

After four years immersed in building and growing brands, I felt a shift. A quiet nudge toward something more personal, more intentional. So on January 9, 2020, I made a conscious decision to step away. Not as an exit, but as a step forward—into exploration, into new challenges, and into the unknown with purpose.

The Cyfer Chapter

After iBird, I joined Cyfer, a corporate-level digital agency where the scale of work significantly expanded. The brands were bigger, the campaigns louder, and the expectations higher. I had the opportunity to contribute to national and international projects, which helped refine my understanding of large-scale branding and how to communicate effectively with diverse, global audiences.

Then the pandemic hit. Like many businesses, Cyfer faced unexpected challenges. Strategies were disrupted, budgets were frozen, and eventually, the digital operations had to be shut down.

It was a difficult period—but also a turning point. What seemed like a pause in momentum became an opportunity to reset, reflect, and rethink what I wanted to build next.

Born from the Breakdown

When Cyfer entrusted me with some of its key clients, I saw more than a way to continue—I saw a real opportunity. That moment marked the beginning of Oh My Ad!

I didn’t set out to build just another agency. My goal was to create a space where brands could grow with intention—digitally, physically, and emotionally. A place where storytelling aligns with strategy, where ideas are given room to evolve, and where every creative decision is grounded in purpose.

What I Believe

Oh My Ad! was never meant to be just a company. It was always
a discipline. A space where branding is not treated as a
transaction, but as a transformation.
We see every brand as a living entity. We nurture it, guide it, and
challenge it to grow. In return, each brand teaches us something
valuable about people, about culture, and about purpose.
